Which mobs and abilities kill players most across speedruns
This page analyses every player death recorded across all speedrun logs for this raid. Deaths are extracted from WarcraftLogs combat data, categorised by the mob or ability that dealt the killing blow, and grouped into dungeon areas. The statistics update automatically as new runs are processed.
How to read the data: The “Deaths by area” chart shows which sections of the raid are most lethal. The “Deadliest mobs & abilities” table ranks every source of death by total kill count. Hover over any row to see the percentage of total deaths that source accounts for.
Filters: Use the filter buttons to narrow the analysis. “All runs” includes every valid speedrun in the database. The “Top 10/50/100” filters only count deaths from the N fastest runs on the leaderboard, and the “Top 1%/5%/25%” filters calculate the cutoff from the total number of ranked guilds. Filtering by top runs lets you see which deaths affect the best guilds versus the broader community.
Use cases: Identify high-risk trash packs that need extra healing cooldowns, find boss abilities that catch groups off guard, and compare death patterns between top guilds and average groups. This data can help your raid team focus practice on the pulls that cost the most time.
